Coffee Roaster Asia order unboxing and review (in the description) #shorts
An extra #shorts today...
Started my holiday and was looking for some new freshly roasted coffee beans. Stumbled upon Coffee Roaster Asia which seems to have received some positive reviews and I ordered some.
I placed my order Sunday (17 Oct) night and the coffee bean was already delivered today. There was a flash sale with 20% off so I got a few bags to try them out.
I ordered coffee from Ethiopia, Bolivia and Papua New Guinea, all single origin beans. Lightly roasted. So far I have tried the Ethiopian this morning and it tasted pretty good. The description is pretty spot on with high acidity and sweetness, and less nutty flavour.
The packaging was nice as you can see, with the three clean looking white bags bolding the fresh coffee beans. They sit neatly in the box and everything looks organised. Will probably to a follow up later on the quality of the beans.
My recipe:
15g medium ground coffee (24 clicks on Commandante)
250g 95 degrees Celsius filtered water
Hario V60 cone and paper
Prewet filter paper
30 second blooming
1 min 40 second drawdown
