You'll need:
- Water
- A towel (for all that sweat, yo!)*
- A yoga mat*

WORKOUT LAYOUT:

Warm Up (each move is 30 sec with a 5 second transition)
- Jog
- Jumping Jacks
- Squats
- Warm Up Cross Body Twists

1 Min Transition:
- Structure: Cardio, Arms, Legs and Core. Each move is 50 seconds with a 10 second transition. I will show you all 4 moves during this transition.

- Sumo Squat 3x Pulse
