42Toyota's midsize Camry sedan has consistently been America's best-selling car for over a decade now, but it hasn't always been perfect. To improve in some weak areas, such as interior quality and driving enjoyment, Toyota has heavily revised the Camry for the latest model year.
The 2015 Toyota Camry is offered in a variety of trim levels, ranging from basic to well-equipped. Most Camry models are powered by a 4-cylinder engine, gasoline or hybrid, though drivers interested in extra power can upgrade to a more muscular V6.
On the outside, the latest Camry has been heavily updated, with virtually every body panel getting reworked for a totally new look. The sedan's suspension and steering have also been tweaked for improved handling that gives the car a surprisingly sporty, fun-to-drive character.
Inside, the 2015 Toyota Camry offers the same roomy interior shoppers have always loved, but there's new attention to detail, including improved materials and handsome new stitching. The car is also very comfortable thanks to a quieter ride than last year's model and several comfort-oriented standard and optional features.
Technology is also improved for the latest model year, thanks largely to Toyota's impressive Entune infotainment system. We also like the Camry's high-tech safety equipment, as well as its excellent 5-star safety rating in government crash tests.
In all, the latest Camry takes a major step in the right direction, and we think the new model is a highly compelling offering in the cutthroat midsize sedan segment.
