I rode those units 7402 and 7405 when I was a toddler in Texas since 2009. It had good memories of it in the past. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿฅฒ But they were recently retired in 2012 and replaced by the 2012 D35LFR buses 9-10 years ago. They were auctioned off on GovDeals (except 7427 which was auctioned off in mid July 2012) around 6/2013 and 7 of those units (7401, 7402, 7405, 7427, 7431, 7441, 7446) were sold to Midwest Bus Corporation in Owosso, MI around 7/2013. in mid August 2014, they were sold to Academy Bus Lines as 2207-2213, according to the CPTDB website.

I'm so glad that I rode them in the past since 2009. Hope those buses will start a new life in the near future. But as of 2019, the Ex-Capital Metro D35LF 7400 series were disposed, or eventually scrapped, except most of them. They will stay inside of my memories and it will never be forgotten or hidden.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own those pictures. They belong to GovDeals and Flickr. So credit to the owner for the pictures!
