2020 RECORDING - ab workout + Gym Fail
So i already lack consistency, staying in bed all day doesn't get me to the gym. Usually don't do any specific ab-days because i use the 6pack Promise app by Athlean-X and when i did do something else it turned out to be a complete failure. Haven't done the cable crunches in years so i have forgotten how to do them properly, and when i filmed this i hadn't seen the previous video of me doing it wrong but in a up-coming video i talk about how i have to go back to the basics and re-learn a lot of exercises.
