2020 VIDEO - Lost In The Forest Workout
I have noticed I am low on energy and I am also losing weight. That's not my main goal but I accidentally dropped to 68,5 KG and my wild guess is that i don't eat properly. In tomorrow's video i found out the reason to my weightloss and lack of energy.
