2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 - MANUFACTURING Process & PRODUCTION
4Today, Genesis announced U.S. pricing and packaging for its first-ever Electrified GV70 - a model that will be assembled in the United States at the brand’s Montgomery, Alabama manufacturing facility. This marks the first time a Genesis model is being assembled outside of South Korea and is another major milestone in the company’s journey towards full electrification by 2030.
The 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 Advanced AWD has an MSRP of $65,850 and comes packed with class-leading standard equipment and technologies including a 12.3-inch digital cluster and navigation system, vehicle-to-load charging and more. The 2023 Prestige AWD adds Nappa leather seating surfaces, a leatherette wrapped upper instrument panel, microfiber suede headliner, head-up display, 3D instrument cluster, premium audio system, active noise control – road, heated 2nd row seats and steering wheel as well as manual rear door shades for an MSRP of $72,650.
Genesis has committed to having all its new models launched from 2025 be electric vehicles with its entire vehicle lineup going electric by 2030. All this combined with the brand’s aim to achieve carbon neutrality across its operations by 2035 shows a strong commitment to sustainability moving forward.
