22The all-new Mercedes A-Class is here, offering the latest cutting-edge technology within an iconic design. Boasting a sleek look, this luxury compact car comes as both a hatchback and sedan body style. Featuring LED headlights and LED taillights as standard, as well as an optional AMG Line set of glossy black multi-spoke wheels, it's clear no corners have been cut when it comes to styling.
The inside has been updated too with a Nappa leather wrapped steering wheel to the center console minor revisions. The Mercedes MBUX infotainment system comes as standard, featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. Drivers can opt to upgrade the seven inch display to a 10.25 inch diagonal that matches the touchscreen.
This car caters to all types of eco friendly drivers, with four petrol engine powertrain options ranging from A 180 to A 250 e plug-in hybrid - which has recently had its electric motor upgraded for 107 horsepower total output. All use a Mild Hybrid 48 volts electrical system for extra 13 horsepower of power at start - great for those who need that extra boost!
If you prefer charging via AC or DC current there's also options available; 11 kilowatts AC charge or DC charge from 10% to 80% taking 25 minutes as standard feature. And with five different model lines available including Sport Executive and AMG Line Premium Plus - not forgetting their new Exclusive Launch Edition - plus interior material choices made from 100% recycled materials in certain seats, this latest generation A-Class stands out from the crowd!
