Factorio 248k mod, 10x multiplier - E81 - Yellow by logibot

All subsequent builds get KI3 beacons, dedicated robot networks, logistichaostations. Yellow & purple set up for 1.5k spm but not connected. The three essential semiconductors have been boosted recently, steel too, I'm just not sure about those obscure mod intermediates.

So rich powder & water are also refactored. A few rail links allegedly stand between the base and the goal science rate. Then just figure out if it's sustainable & what's missing. Oh, rocket launches. Sure.
