How to play as Bilstein (courtesy of Kao Megura):
" To enable either character, hold the Start button, then do the
following:
For Bilstein - move to Gore, input K,A,B,A,G,A,B,A,K,A,BG.
For Kappah - move to Hayato, input G,K,G,K,A,A,A,B,B,B,KG.
You can now pick Bilstein by moving to Gore and pressing right, and can
pick Kappah by moving to Hayato and pressing left."

I didn't even know Bilstein was unlockable in this game, but that's the reason I'm doing these videos I suppose. So Bilstein is the Darth Vader "inspired" final boss of the game. He's weaker than Ghost Bilstein and plays a little differently (some of his combos connect better), he doesn't have his unblockable meteor attack, but he's still a damn good character, especially for a hidden character. Making the main boss of the game regularly playable was another great move by Capcom, and I think the balance between a playable variant of a boss and an unplayable variant was an extremely good idea. Despite being derivative, Bilstein's certainly one of the better bosses by Capcom, and one of my favourite they've done. Who wouldn't want to play as Darth Vader (in a good fighting game, that is.)
