Disaster strikes again! I flipped R2 over to test fit my reprinted skirt, and found a large crack that was caused when I fell and dropped R2 on our concrete walkway. This crack is quite long, and I can fell and hear internal cracking noises when pressing on the area.

At this point I'm thinking that I'll flip R2 upside down, and use a rotary tool to excavate the damaged area. Once I've found most of the damage, I can fill the entire area that I open up with 2 part epoxy. With any luck, this will add enough strength to the area.

I was just starting to get exited again, as I've been working on the replacement utility arms as well as the greebles for the horseshoes. This may be a huge setback, as I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it strong enough.

Any other ideas would be appreciated, although I'll need to start working on him soon.
