I've started wiring up the electronics board. A couple hiccups along the way but so far nothing to worry about. The main issue I had was that the panel mounted XT-60 connectors I had bought just won't work with the thickness of the cutting board. I then found some that are the correct type that I somehow didn't come across in my original searching. I got them off Amazon, just like all the other XT connectors I'm using.

At this stage I have only wired the 24v input to the buss bars and to the 5v converter, along with routing 24v and 5v to separate fuse blocks. What I should do next is wire up the batteries, breaker switch and voltage meters so that I can make a test of voltages before going further. A check as you go strategy suggested by Mr Wood and Mr Tin in a comment to my previous electronic meltdown video!!
