Settings for the fuses. Use the same settings for both the V2 and V3 firmware:
L: 0xFF
H: 0xD7
E: 0xFC
Command line examples for setting the fuses if AVRDUDESS is unable to:
avrdude -c usbtiny -p m328p -U lfuse:w:0xff:m
avrdude -c usbtiny -p m328p -U hfuse:w:0xd7:m
avrdude -c usbtiny -p m328p -U efuse:w:0xfc:m
