Initially released as premium application on the iTunes Marketplace in 2010, NaturalMotion Games recently experimented moving the application to free for a limited amount of time in 2012. In a span of 4 days, Jenga crossed over 4 million downloads and reached the top of the charts in over 50 countries. In this postmortem, Nick will discuss the strategies NaturalMotion Games used in order to launch their game to number 1 overall with a marketing budget of $0.
