The story of this amnesia thriller is starting to pick up! We escape from the pirate ship and find ourselves in England. There we're forced to commit multiple crimes and find our first clues about who we were, before a brain injury cost us our memory. A tiny little man gives us a tip, and we journey to the continent. By the end, it looks like there are multiple people trying to kill us, and we aren't the first one to die either. The question lingering in everyone's mind is, will we ever be able to pet that cat? (And who we are, naturally.)
I'm making slower progress than in the last I.F. game I played, but this one definitely feels more linear. You can definitely get stuck as well as killed or softlocked, and the dictionary is a bit on the limited side. The Help Condor, whom we call on again, adds a lot of charm and humor to the game.
