An iconic cutscene from the old game Lunar Silver Story Complete for Playstation and other platforms. This particular cutscene stuck with me for a long time... This is how you do a cutscene! Evil Luna wow. Ghaleon? Cherry on top. Seeing if I could give it a simple quality facelift and enjoying it all over again.

The original PSX video was pretty low quality, but the Chinese PC version had higher quality 640x480. I used that as the base.

Was testing various tools. Starting with:
"DAIN ncnn Vulkan
CI

ncnn implementation of DAIN, Depth-Aware Video Frame Interpolation.

dain-ncnn-vulkan uses ncnn project as the universal neural network inference framework."
Slow thing that did a much better job than the speedy SVP for increasing the framerate. Increased the video's framerate from 24 to 48.

Next, I manually replaced a few frames that had annoying motion artifacts.
Then, I took the english audio from the playstation version and switched it out.
Do note the scenes are a little out of sync since Working Designs edited the scene a little for lipsync... Thought about doing that, but this is just for fun and will probably get 1 view... Hopefully not too distracting ;)

Then, I opened up Topaz Video Enhance AI, using the Gaia HQ v5 to scale it from 640x480 to 4K.

After that, I opened it up in SVP to push the framerate to 60 fps for youtube.
May have introduced a few artifacts, but needed to be 60 fps for the frame rate option.
Tada!

TL;DR something happened, enjoy the quality :D
