These are some of my better lifts, that I have video of, in competition and some training footage in the gym. I distilled some of the best stuff and added some graphics, voice over, made some other edits to produce a fast video compilation of some of my better lifts (that I have video of, as my best lifts were when I was younger before video cameras were more widespread/digital, etc. and I have very little video of that time period, and almost none in the gym, unfortunately).
My best lifts ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ (gym) done around 23 years-old and 220lb BW:

I believe all those lifts were done in World Gym in Walnut Creek, CA. That was a great gym. Unfortunately, I got some serious injuries before Junior World Championships. If I could have stayed healthy, who knows how strong/good I could have been? But hey, I am a 4X national champion ๐ and won 3rd ๐ฅ at the ๐ world championships ๐ and am pretty healthy and fit for my age IMO. So, I can't complain.
I was an elite athlete and competed for over two decades on and off. My best sports were powerlifting ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ, wrestling ๐คผโโ๏ธ, and judo ๐ฅ. I was, in my opinion, basically national to world class in all of those sports. I also was on the famous U.C. Berkeley varsity rugby team ๐.
I trained with weights from an early age and most of my family were great athletes (Dad went to state championships (TX) in basketball ๐ I think, 2 uncles went to state championships for wrestling ๐คผโโ๏ธ (PA), another uncle played football ๐ for Notre Dame, and I'm pretty sure all my brothers and sisters were varsity athletes).
