5-19-22 Called Clerk of Court on 2 Issues. 1. Correct Amount Suing For 2. Evidence Request Deadline!
0The Clerk of Court can't seem to do anything right when it comes to entering and scanning my filed documents into official record! ANY AND ALL DOUCMENTS FILLED BY THE DEFENDANTS VIA THEIR LEGAL COUNSEL, SOPEN B. SHAH, IS SCANNED INTO RECORD WITHOUT ANY ISSUES! GUESS THIS IS WHAT MONEY AND WEALTH BUYS YOU!
It's appears obvious the assigned judge, JP Stadtmueller and the Clerk of Court were not prepared for Thoroughly Organized, Intelligently Argued, Very Honest, Very Factual, Very Opinionated and Very Professional Looking Documents but you wouldn't be able to tell with some documents after they've been scanned by the Clerk's Office with pages mysteriously being omitted and found and, at times, disappearing altogether!
Doesn't matter though because I continue to catch and expose their "mistakes" with my documents because no amount of money can buy anyone common sense and the Defendants, Clerk of Court and the assigned Judge don't even posses a shred of common sense to stop while they're ahead when they're not even ahead by a long shot when it comes to their unprofessionalism and trickery that I will continue to document and store as evidence to use against them all.
The Defendants, Counsel for the Defendants, Clerk of Court and the Assigned Judge are all VERY exhausting but I am always up for the next challenge! It's obvious I've been overwhelmingly underestimated because I have not given up after nearly 6 long years of dealing with Google and YouTube prior to filing suit and after filing suit! Only difference is, instead of 2 against 1, it's now 6 against 1 and I'm willing to take them all on for as long as it takes!

(FRCP 34(b(2)(A) States the Deadline is 30days to Provide Evidence. To think, Sopen B. Shah, attorney for the Defendants, offered me assistance, the Plaintiff who is suing the Defendants she is representing. Um yeah, thanks but no thanks! I'll research the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure myself!)
