I received an unexpected FedEx notification that Perkins Coie, attorneys for the Defendants Google LLC and YouTube LLC, sent a package to me 5 days after I submitted my Subject Matter Jurisdiction Brief 1 day after Counsel for the Defendants submitted theirs.

The delivery was delayed just the same as the delivery of the Defendants Subject Matter Jurisdiction Brief that was mailed to me also via FedEx. I logged into my Pacer Account to check if there were any official docket filings by the Defendants and there were none, even as of 4.05.2022 which I prove in my video along with the FedEx notifications.

The Clerk of Court Rep., confirmed there were no additional filings by the Defendants and I simply left it at that. I wonder if it could be Anthrax or Ricin because I have been extremely diligent in pursuing my lawsuit and haven't missed a single filing deadline. LOL!

Anyway, the package from Perkins Coie has been rescheduled for today, Tuesday, 4.05.2022 by 12:00pm. Wonder what the package is? Whatever it is, I will definitely be ready to file an answer with the Clerk of Court if need be.
