6-15-22 Called Clerk of Court for Document Scan Error! My Certificate of Service Can’t Be Found! WoW
0PROOF OF BOTH VERSIONS OF DOCKET #60 FOLLOW AFTER PHONE CALL ENDS! CLERK OF COURT NEVER MAKE ERRORS WHEN SCANNING THE DEFENDANTS DOCUMENTS BUT MAKE A MESS OF MY DOCUMENTS! OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T EXPECT A PRO SE PLAINTIFF TO BE THIS ORGANIZED, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL! YAHOO EMAILS ARE ALSO SHOWN!
Filed document on 6/14/22. Logged into my Pacer account on 6/15/22 and saw another scanning error to this document in addition to Docket #35, priorly. The filed Certificate of Service was missing. I scrolled through the document and saw that the Certificate of Service was scanned underneath page 2 of 2!
I called the Clerk of Court to fix the issue and I was told there was no Certificate of Service found. I asked the Clerk to view page 2 of 2
and pointed out the Certificate of Service was scanned underneath page 2 of 2.
Clerk did acknowledge what I had pointed out but continued stating no Certificate of Service was found but said I could email another copy
which I emailed immediately with added details of the prior scanning error for Docket #35!
