Verified Proof 3 Pages Omitted from Plaintiff’s Reply Letter to Docket 31! Filed with Clerk of Court
0The audio recorded phone call was priorly uploaded to 6 social media websites without the documented proof of the 3 omitted pages from the Plaintiff's 8 Page Reply Letter in Condemnation of the Document 31 Court Order for submission of Subject Matter Jurisdiction Briefs by all parties. NOW HERE IS THE DOCUMENTED PROOF AND THE AUDIO RECORDED PROOF TOGETHER!
During this phone call, I DID NOT inform the Clerk of Court that I obtained a copy of the original scanned document with the 3 omitted pages prior to the document being rescanned in its entirety. After the document was rescanned in its entirety, I quickly logged back into my Pacer Account and obtained a copy of the rescanned document.
On Thursday, April 7, 2022, I submitted a document titled, "Plaintiff's Respectful Demand That All Documents Filed By The Plaintiff Be Carefully Scanned Into Digital Record", and submitted the original incomplete scan and the fully scanned versions as attachments / evidence for further proof, along with a Cover Letter which briefly but fully explains the issue.
