Plaintiff Subject Matter Jurisdiction Brief Filed 1 Day After Defendants Brief! I Don’t Mess Around!
(THIS VIDEO CONTAINS AUDIO COMMENTARY THROUGOUT. YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST YOUR VOLUME.)
I'm still extremely disgusted by the assigned judge JP Stadtmueller pointing out the Defendants failure consider Subject Matter Jurisdiction in his disgustingly and extremely biased one sided Court Order for submission of Subject Matter Jurisdiction Briefs! The judge was all over the place with this 8 page court order!
I filed an 8 page reply letter, tearing down and rebutting everything the judge had to say! I must of struck a NERVE because 5 out of the 8 page reply letter were scanned into digital record! Pages 2, 4 and 6 were not scanned until after it was discovered after logging into my Pacer Account!
Page 4 of my reply letter to the Docket #31Court Order contained a preview of how I intended to present my arguments for proper Subject Matter Jurisdiction! You can guess why it was NOT scanned into digital record!
NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD MY SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION BRIEF ALREADY PREPARED?! It was because the judge brought up the issue and NOT the Defendants which is why I presented my arguments based on local state and federal statutes! Judge JP Stadtmueller has to be the most disgusting judge I have ever encountered whether civil or criminal!
