Hey, hey, who the hell fed Kurikara!? Why is he going on a rampage going everywhere around ER destroying everything that dares to get in her path with her dragon breath!?

Mei, you should control your pet dragon a little better than tha-

Hey! Why is your dragon targeting me!?

What!? She decides to randomly target whoever she feels like, however she wants!? Meiiiiii, did you seriously not bother training your dragon!? How can you keep such a ~~dangerous~~ cute dragon around as your pet!?

Hehe, okay, no more joking around. But really, Mei, you got a truly lovely pet here. Your dragon is so cute! Can I get on top and ride it too?... Pretty please, Mei?

Can I also... touch your horns again?~

(Yes, that's Elysia talki- don't tell anyone!)

Anyway, regarding the build. Bombard is pretty much the strongest build that HoT has, *when* disregarding ranks and gears.
This basically means that, in the same rank and gears, Bombard pretty much is much stronger than Narukami Finisher build due to a variety of reasons, but the main one being that Bombard has the shortest strength downtime out of all 3 builds available to Mei, while also being the strongest in raw power.

Naturally, when considering ranks and gears... The bare minimum for this build to be used is a S2 HoT. Then, SS Rank further makes the build even stronger by easily beating Narukami Finisher. Whereas Narukami Finisher, on the other hand, is fine even at S0 Rank. So, as long as your HoT is S2, then you can decide between having fun with this build or the other one.

As for gameplay purposes...

Always start with Evade into Combo hitting an enemy straight away for Handel B's SP Regen. Use AE. Spam Basic until you fill Herrscher bar or when you have 115+ SP, then use 7T Active. Either use Shinzan or instant Ultimate, but reposition yourself as Kurikara can knockback. Proceed to use Bombard to clear wave. For a new wave, either use gather ELF or do Basic ATK until Tornado to gather enemies and recover Herrscher bar, then Bombard again. Finisher to kill off waves.

Read below for full explanation.

12% TDM Emblem used. All Double Floors cleared. SS1 Rank 1572 ATK 7T & Handel HoT. For this build, DoSanction actually competes rather strongly with 7T, but 7T has the advantage of Timestop & being able to re-apply Griseo's Red Paint. Regarding stigmatas downscalability, Zhenyi TB Handel M should compete assuming you're using 7T, otherwise BennyA is 2nd BiS.

Boss to be picked: Husk Mysticism, then Elysia (fastest clear time), Mobius or Vill-V.

Supports Picked: AE / BR & LE / BR
Note: AE and LE are your staple supports throughout most of the run. LE can however be swapped out for BR if you get Eden's Initial/Max SP signet and have other quick sources of SP Regen (Aponia2 mainly). Otherwise, you can swap AE for BR instead.

Remembrance Sigils: Memory & Hometown / The Lonely Moon
Note: Hometown is essential to get Hua's 3 signets at +3 right away. By F6 Shop, you swap it out immediately for The Lonely Moon.

Load Buffs: 100/125 SP spent 10%/20% TDM Taken, Deployed Valk +15% TDM until Hit, Valk +3% Phys/Elem DMG for same type supports.

Ego Signets: Divine Penalty + Mitama are a given. It is strongly recommended to do a F3 Ego mald to get Narukami. The reason is due to Narukami making this build even stronger by making your Finisher also a great part of your damage other than just Bombard.

Priority of order of cores below. Note that the order will change based on your RNG portal luck. Also order of mentioned signets is their priority.

[Ideal Order from F1-F7: 3 Ego Start (Divine Penalty + Mitama + Narukami) into Hua's Elem Breach F3, finish Hua 2nd Core by F4 Double w/ TDM and Elem DMG, grab Broken Dream F5, go shop F6 and use 3* Remembrance Sigil Abuse to get Griseo's Red Paint and Aponia's Ultimate or one of Sakura's TDM signets, then finish either Aponia or Griseo 2nd Core by F7 Double.]

1- Hua: Elem Breach, TDM, Elem DMG, 2nd Core, Broken Dream
Note: 2nd Core provides a massive powerspike, and Broken Dream further intensifies that powerspike.

2- Aponia: Ultimate, SP Regen, 70 Initial Load, 2nd Core, Penance, TDM Taken
Note: You do not take Aponia's Breach on this one. Ultimate is highest priority to +3. You can alternatively leave Aponia2 to be finished later during the run if your RNG refuses to give Aponia doors.

3- Griseo: Red, Black, Yellow, Blue, Grey (Optional), 2nd Core, Petals in the Wind, Fallen Leaves, A Flame Extinguished
Note: Red is highest priority to +3. Yellow is good to +3 if you get Grey afterwards. Black is nice to have at +2 from 3* Remembrance Sigil Abuse, which in turn is also strongly recommended for getting Petals and Fallen Leaves both at +2.

4- Kalpas: TDM, Phys/Elem DMG, Max HP, TDM Taken (Optional), 2nd Core.
Note: If you get TDM Taken, it'll be even better reason to swap AE out for BR. Kalpas' signets are strongly recommended to get through 3* Remembrance Sigil Abuse.

5- Sakura (Felis Shop Signets): TDM Taken, TDM
