Okay, so, for this weather, there's something you want to consider.

In order to efficiently keep negating the DMG Reduction debuff from the current weather, you want to keep moving every now and then. This means, the current playstyle for Sushang ER has been altered to using Dash ATK 2-3 times. 3rd time should be more than enough to get the DMG reduction down to 0% for a while. While this means DPS loss, it's still more important to get rid of the DMG Reduction and have more consistent DMG than to just sit through it.

Back Wind Slash (flashing A button) also has the benefit of giving 40/50% Ranged Ice DMG to Sushang's attacks. So it's not really that bad of a strategy to do this.

Just do keep in mind to do that, and always save Heartpiercer (Hold A during Blade Array) for the end, when your Ult's CD is going to come off CD in around 5 seconds. That's the best way you can utilize Heartpiercer, as not only it deals impressive amounts of massive damage and gathers enemies, but also lets you chain right away into another Blade Array after Ultimate.

Heartpiercer will also become stronger with every buff you give to it, like Griseo's Red, Petals, Fallen Leaves and even Yellow (mostly possible with Jade Moon or Griseo's The Lonely Moon reapplying Yellow).

Boss to take: RPC, then Elysia, Mobius, Aponia or Vill-V
Note: Pick whichever you want to booli! V-V is the easiest as always~

Supports Picked: BR & LE / BK
Note: LE allows you for instant ult at the beginning of every floor. With Nocturnal Sheath, she also allows you to get the 175sp cost down right away, for maximum buffs benefit from the extra 25 sp mechanic of Sussy. BK, on the other hand, is strongly recommended to bring for Heimdall.

Remembrance Sigils: Veil of Tears & The Lonely Moon
Note: TLM will guarantee you'll get F4 Double.

Load Buffs: Fist users +20% TDM, 100/125 SP usage 10%/20% TDM Taken

Ego Signets: This build only requires 2 Ego signets and doesn't need any more: Great Blade + Cloudwalker. This run doesn't go for Jade Moon, but it's entirely optional and up to you if you want to take it. Its utility is mainly to reapply Griseo's Yellow paint more often.

[Ideal course of build up: 2 Ego Start (Great Blade + Cloudwalker) into Eden's TDM F2 Bald, then get Aponia Basic ATK F3, finish Aponia 2nd Core by F4 Double, grab Aponia's Breach F5 and go shop F6, use 3* Remembrance Sigil Abuse to grab Su's TDM or TDM Taken and 25 Hits. Finish either Eden or Su's Cores by F7 Double, or if RNG not good, take Aponia door instead for the remaining 2 Enhanceds]

1- Aponia: Basic ATK, 70 Initial Load, SP Regen, Ultimate (Optional), 2nd Core, Breach, Penance, TDM Taken
Note: Basic ATK is high priority to +3, providing an insane powerspike in Sussy's damage. Ultimate allows you to trigger 5th's TDM Taken by Active other than the on-demand UE.

2- Su: TDM Taken, TDM, 25 Hits, 30 SP, 60 Hits, 2nd Core

3- Eden: TDM, Phys/Elem DMG, SP/s, Initial/Max SP (Optional), 2nd Core, Withered Soil
Note: If you get Withered Soil, the best approach next would be to prioritize getting Su2 done alongside its SP regen to make the strongest synergy possible out of it with Eden2.

4- Griseo: Red, Yellow, Black, Grey, Blue, 2nd Core, Petals in the Wind, Fallen Leaves, A Flame Extinguished
Note: Red is highest priority to +3. Yellow also good to +3. Get Grey in consideration for Red and Yellow, but is very good to take from Felis Shop preferentially.

5- Sakura: TDM, TDM Taken, SP on UE (Optional), 2nd Core (Optional)
