#702 Tekken 3 (PS1) Unplayable characters (4/4): Wild Card mk. 3 playthrough.
A playthrough of the unplayable character Wild Card mk. 3 in the PS1 port of Namco's Tekken 3.
"(Burn'em), clear the streets as he rides into the town
Cause the nameless one's gonna have some fun
He's gonna bring an outlaw down
(Wasted), it's over quick he's nailed 'em three for three
Then he with his squint-eyed grin and stubbled chin
He rides through history"

Everyone's favourite anime hero returns. Is this his last instalment in the franchise? You'll just have to wait to find out.
This time, there are two notable things about Wild Card. For one, he has Paul's model as opposed to Kazuya's, as a result of Paul having the first character value (00) from this game onwards, throughout the entire series in fact. Two, Wild Card is no longer the demi-God he once was, presumably falling from grace in some elaborate and overly complex fashion typical of anime.
He has the same moveset as the Tekken Force characters for some reason implying that, indeed, he is once more just a collection of old left over data. A true underhero again (like something out of a cheesy Rocky sequel), Wild Card has been considerably reduced in power, but still packs quite the punch as a result of that broken Tekken Force uppercut. Yes, he is now a One Punch Man. Fact is becoming stranger than fiction at this point, I swear. Wild Card is still pretty formidable therefore, and shows that you too can recover from no longer having godhood. That said, I have two Kratos playthroughs to do, so we'll go over that lesson again anyway.
So, what's next for the adventures of Wild Card? More weird shit and me finding an excuse to post lyrics to Anthrax songs, mainly.
And that's it for Tekken 3! Lasted a while, didn't it? Next up is Tekken Tag, but I'll be posting a few interim videos before I get onto that, one of which I think you'll find quite funny.
