So, what is Graveyard Keeper? It's effectively a life sim where you get thrust into the role of the aforementioned title, and you need to find a way back home. It's a chill game that you can relax to, but unlike Stardew Valley, this one has a win condition to work toward.
That is a bit ambiguous at first, but will become clear in time.

Get ready to build, alchemize, farm, preach, and do a ton of favors for the nearby townsfolk in your quest to return back to where you came from.

However, the game is not going to hold your hand much. It'll point out the various things that need to be worked toward from time to time, but it leaves the order to do any of them in completely up to you with no guides, other than the clues you get from the villagers. On one hand, this is good because it forces you to explore and learn about the world, but on the other, it can leave you stuck without a source of easy income for a while in the future and force you to grind out just that much more to get back on track.
