Sarrano is a bigoted sociopath, but the important part is that he's a bigot towards everyone regardless of race, creed, gender or nationality. It probably doesn't hurt that his aphorisms are actually kind of clever, either. Nowadays whenever you run into people who're being racist or sexist, it's all just memes and other zero-effort crap. I mean really, "Hitler did nothing wrong?" What do you call an invasion of Russia in the middle of winter, then?

The Penetrator pins people to walls, which makes it the best gun in the game. Aside from that, it's a one-shot, multi-kill railgun missile with a decent rate of fire that carries people off to wonderful places after it hits. Places like a gamma radiation storm, or the empty space over a five-hundred-foot gap. It pays attention to things like slopes, too, so if you hit someone and the ground is at a shallow enough angle there's a good chance that'll drag the person you hit uphill, potentially nailing one or more of his friends.
