Proving that it is in fact possible to demolish a building that's already been demolished.

The Bouncer's charge shot creates a lingering mortar that bounces around, makes explosions every time it lands and can be leashed/kicked around and into enemies. It's probably amazing and devastating when used properly, but as previously stated, I'm not that good with the Bouncer. But hey, God doesn't close a door without putting up a bunch of hundred-foot drops, exposing spiked rebar walls and dangling high-voltage electric cables from the ceiling.
