This is a minimal effort video
also I missed out that inputting aileron into the direction of spin can help slow it down.
Mirage III spin recovery is very simple in comparison - dont use anything except aileron input. However the viggen lacks sufficient control surface deflection for any real effect which is why you kinda have to improvise.
