When FPS Reflex arrived earlier in the month to co-host the comeback stream he brought along with him a "gift" to unbox in the form of a full pack of emergency food rations. We didn't have time in the show schedule to get through all of the viewer mail AND open some food rations, so Draco held onto them to use them for the following week's stream.
Specifically this is a box of MRE's that were handed out by the US National Guard immediately following Hurricane Harvey. There's 12 individual packs of food inside, two each of six different varieties, and Draco settles on the spaghetti MRE. "Pork with sauce" was a close second, and is being held onto for a future unbox.
