With stunning visuals, a chilling soundtrack, and a strong narrative backbone, A Plague Tale not only recounts the horrors of the Black Death but also tells the tale of resilience and the will to survive.
Hard to put down from the moment it starts, it only slightly falters in gameplay in the middle section. The story, visuals, and soundtrack carry it all the way through and it is a triumph. A gem not to be missed.
