I participated in the AardvarkXR Hackathon of 2020, and actually made something, kind of, and this is a short demo of the beginnings of what I want to end up with. A proof of concept if you will.

During the weekend I ended up bouncing around many solutions for doing an OAuth flow with an AardvarkXR gadget, this to be able to integrate with various online services, in my case Twitch.
Gadgets themselves are web pages manifesting as 3D objects or panels in the overlay, and these can be hosted anywhere on the internet. That's... actually pretty awesome.

I managed to gain a bunch of experience while still not getting into React to fully utilize the features available, but at least I know this can now be used for what I want to do, so I'll try to power on and hopefully make this into something useful for hopefully more people than just me! 👀💦
