There's a reward to unlock weapon packs for training mode, the highest is level 30.
Reaching that level is no easy feat but there is a way.
If you have a fixed weekly seed that has multi-jump and fire on blitz (this is fire on jump attacks for SoR1 Characters), you can easily cheese the higher levels by playing as SoR1 Adam thanks to his long reach jump kick and neat secondary effects on multiple enemies.

The only rough spots for Adam1 is no invincible/get off me move without resorting to stars.

I am planning to create the balance video comparison but I would need to unlock all of the moves for all 21 characters as you could say some of the new alternate moves are buffs. Plus it's a good history lesson for long time fans.
