When I was thinking about changing up the use of the d20 in Dungeons and Dragons (DnD, D&D) to something like a 3d6 or 2d10 system, it was also obvious that I needed to rethink the advantage and disadvantage system. But, I still think it works very well (and maybe even better) in a system like that. Here is the analysis.
