The normal setup of 9 patterns per machine can easily be improved to 45 with this method. Basically it means that you can have up to 45 patterns sharing a single machine, or with another simple step have all those patterns sharing 7 machines (or more if adding a controller).

The drawback is that you will have the same speed as you would with a single machine (unless you order more than 100 items). To get load balancing, check my previous video in the playlist. It's almost the exact opposite of this method, but has a totally different use.
