The Steppe Lancer is a light cavalry unit in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition that carries a long spear. It can be trained at the Stable upon reaching the Castle Age, but is only available to the two Central Asian civilizations: Cumans and Tatars.

Both civilizations can upgrade the Steppe Lancer to Elite Steppe Lancer.
