0:00 Alexei's Motives
Alexei claims that he wanted to reform the empire, but decided the ends justify the means and absolute power is needed. He wants to use Zaude as a weapon to keep both the Entelexeia and humans in line. He raises the central platform of Zaude and the party jumps onto it to chase him. Rita realizes that he hasn't finished analyzing Zaude, so we might have a chance to stop him.
4:55 Boss: Alexei (Hard)
His Secret Mission is basically the same as Schwann's, only he has to use his MA, Brilliant Cataclysm, several times before he'll get into his tired stance.
For some reason, he keeps gunning for Rita even when I'm wailing on him with Yuri. Fortunately, I have Patty as a backup low-to-mid offensive caster in case he harasses Rita too much. I had Rita use Tidal Wave because I know he can't dodge it, but maybe Bloody Howling would have been a better choice?
His MA has a lot of area and is hard to survive even when I stack various defensive skills and gear. Estelle's Revive spell should be regularly reapplied to Rita and Yuri, who Alexei will most likely prioritize.
The reason I have three casters is because of his Guardian Frost arte, which heals him and attacks the area around him. I found it easier to interrupt or outdamage with this setup since melee attackers would struggle to do much even with Azure Edge/Demon Fang.
19:54 Adephagos Unleashed
Unfortunately, Alexei finished his analysis of Zaude during the boss battle and activates it. Yuri attempts to rush him, but Flynn takes a laser beam to the face for Yuri. Yuri then manages to knock down Alexei with Dein Nomos, but it's too late. However, contrary to Alexei's expectations, Zaude causes a giant black phallic tentacle to emerge from the sky. Alexei realizes that Zaude was the key to sealing the Adephagos, and now that he tampered with it, the Aer beast is free to devour the planet. Yuri kills him and gets separated from the party, but Sodia stabs Yuri. Yuri then falls off Zaude. The end.
26:54 Reclaiming Dein Nomos
Yuri wakes up in his room in the Lower Quarter and finds a book about Zaude and the Adephagos. Duke comes in and takes Dein Nomos so he can enact his own plan on dealing with the Adephagos.
31:28 Flynn's Dialogue w/Alexei
This is from an earlier attempt with Flynn instead of Patty, which changes the dialogue a bit. Alexei calls our ideals milquetoast!
32:23 Leaving Zaphias
You'll reunite with Estelle, Repede, Judith, and Patty. Also, for some reason, there's still a bounty on Yuri's head.
42:39 Aspio
Rita will rejoin the party and has her own plan for dealing with the planet's aer situation, and it involves releasing the control formula on Estelle.
48:20 Dahngrest
Karol and Raven will rejoin. The Union is still in disarray without the Don and hasn't picked a new leader. We need someone to become leader in order to ask them to give us the Apatheia, but Harry secretly gives it to us anyway.
The weather will change now, so I recommend using this opportunity to farm weather specific enemies, including the Superstar enemies. You can get the Last Fencer right now, which will really make the rest of the game easier because of its Glory skill.
