Yuri decides to camp out near where he and Estelle first cooked together. When he wakes up, Karol attacks him while calling him an idiot, and then Rita blasts him with a fireball. Turns out Repede went back to Halure to alert the party to prevent Yuri's foolish lone wolf charge into Zaphias.

5:48 Meeting w/Flynn
Flynn and the knights are outside of Zaphias. At this point, Flynn admits that he's still struggling about the concept of law and crime. He still wants to be lawful, but admits that he can't consider Yuri evil for breaking unjust laws. Eventually, an army of Alexei's robots attack, meaning the knights will have to stay behind and fight the robots so Brave Vesperia can get into the city.

Due to the overflow of aer, there are giant plants covering the entire city, to the point where we can't even visit the Lower Quarter. We have to go to the Noble Quarter and go into the castle, where Alexei set up a barrier for himself and his troops.

You can find the Schwann Brigade and the Lower Quarter members holing up inside the cafeteria, which acts as a mini-town.
At the audience room, you'll run into Khroma, who is condescending about Estelle's situation, but has no plans to stop you. To continue, you must find the four statues and blast them with the Sorcerer's Ring, but you must do so in a specific order: NE, SW, NW, SE.
At the top of the Sword Staircase, you'll find Alexei and Estelle, but Alexei forces Estelle to fight the party.
36:06 Boss: Brave Vesperia vs Estellise (Hard)
Estelle not only has high offensive stats, she can break out of combos like other human bosses, which compensates for her lack of speed.
Afterwards, Alexei uses even more of Estelle's power to raise the Enduring Shrine of Zaude from the ocean. He teleports away and leaves us with a still berserk Estelle, who wants Yuri to kill her.
42:05 Boss: Yuri vs Estellise (Hard)
You have to use the Mother's Memento item to make her easier to stagger and accomplish the secret mission. While her HP is lower than most human bosses, she can be a tough 1v1 opponent due to having the exact same stats as the last battle. Even with the Tension skills, it can be hard to keep her in a combo. Unlike me, you can use a level 4 overlimit upon reaching the end of your level 3 tension to keep the combo going.

Without Alexei's false Dein Nomos, her power becomes impossible to control. Fortunately, Rita manages to figure something out.
53:57 Order Restored in Zaphias
In the castle, Flynn laments that the knights wouldn't be able to succeed without Yuri and Brave Vesperia's efforts. At the same time, Yuri reminds him that Brave Vesperia also relied on the knights contributing in ways only they can. Sodia steps in and announces that Ioder has been given authority by the council and that Flynn is now acting Commandant.
Once you have control, talk to all your party members. Once you progress the story and leave the castle, you'll get one more conversation with Flynn, who is upset that Brave Vesperia isn't getting the credit for saving the capital.
At the Public Quarter entrance, we learn that Estelle is now using her life force instead of aer to power her artes, but she still wants to join us in the fight against Alexei. Ioder sends Flynn to join the party, since he knows Flynn wants to settle things with Alexei. You'll also be able to ride Ba'ul again.
