And at last, the circle is complete. Amusingly, the bigjump module is meant more for the Yautja than the Xeno, though for my gameplay setup, I had the latter be given the longjump stuff rather than the former. They're gonna need it, considering the complete lack of features made for the "class". No wall climbing, no cloak spotting auras, no altfires for its melee. It doesn't even get to have its own campaign, no unique entities.
So yeah, as a result, had to reuse entities from other "classes". You can collect heads for armor just like the Yautjas, except unlike the other two fellas, you restore health purely from attacking. No, you don't get any from mauling bodies, only when specifically slashing live enemies. It's a weird system, I'm aware. The entity sharing thing does allow me one particular amusing shenanigan towards the end. You'll see it when you see it.
Easy as it may be to restore health, I did also leave armor stuff like HEV chargers to still be intact. Every Yautja fought in this mapset could easily sandblast me in one shot, similar to the Space Disaster run. Pretty much part of why I tend to sit out infighting setpieces for a bit before joining in the fun. The light variants were never used in campaigns before, so this is also an opportunity to test those out and see what they can do.
