Now that we've finally made a full circle, I'd say the strategy's doing okay so far. Granted, remains to be seen whether we'll still encounter tons of enemies when we do roll in the airfield, but hey, every single enemy downed helps.

Could probably start approaching that vehicle depot now that I'm mostly done clearing the outer regions here. Hoping they don't have an MG casually put right in front of the gates, hmm?
