AMD - TSMC Begins Mass Production of 7nm Vega, Zen 2 to Follow | Intel Adds Cooper Lake To Roadmap
AMD are starting mass production of their 7nm vega gpus, which of course will be for machine learning, radeon pro vega 20 and other uses (although whether we'll see a gaming vega 7nm isn't known as yet).
There are reports that Zen 2 CPU cores will be following soon, with TSMC and possibly Global Foundries both being tasked to create silicon on behalf of AMD given the companies demand.
Meanwhile, Intel have reportedly added Cooper Lake to the server lineup, which will act as a stop gap between Cascade Lake AP and Ice Lake.
