This level was so hard the first time I played it, I actually used a cheat to skip it. Hence why you see me get lost at several points in the recording. Another hard level, but this time with a little teleport maze thrown in. If you find yourself getting overwhelmed by enemies, don't be afraid to throw yourself off a ledge to teleport to a safer location. Like E6M3, I forgot one of the secrets at the very end and had to edit out backtracking.
