Well...it certainly has been ages hasn't it? Real life went and kicked my ass something fierce out of nowhere and I didn't have much time to record stuff. I'll get back to my previous playthrough eventually, but to get myself back into the swing of things, I'll be checking out this frankly AMAZING new FE Sacred Stones hack that recently released.

No need to delay this any longer so let's get cracking shall we?

First up, this hack has three difficulties in normal, hard, and lunatic. Knowing my sanity, I'm jumping into lunatic since there's a secret map that can only be unlocked on this difficulty. I'll go more into it in the next video.

The story opens up in the city of Malthrak, capital of Andaron. At the local Flaming Archer bar, one man sits at a table, apparently called there by a close friend of his who walks in soon after, a man by the name of Baudimon.

After a bit of light catching up, Baudimon explains to his friend Jakka why he called him here. Baudimon's father wants to send him on a diplomatic mission to the border, a rather...interesting manuever type of decision since, as Jakka claims, Baudimon isn't exactly the diplomatic type. One of his two other brothers, Mortimer or Randall, would have been much more preferred.

Before long though, a commotion flares up outside. It wouldn't be an early game FE without some kind of thief or brigand issue. Double brownie points if there's civilians getting mixed up in the shenanigans.

While Jakka insists on waiting for the rest of the allies he called to arrive, Baudimon goes for the justice option and exchanges some words with the guy trying to get money from one of the civilians, Rodd. He don't take kindly to be talked back to, even knowing who Baudimon is, and decides to choose violence.

Next time, gameplay begins!
