17In this video, we partake in our very first Fishing Tournament, hosted by none other than Chip! What a goofy little guy, measuring the cute fish you caught and eating them while they're still alive right in front of you. Anyways, I cheated. I am a cheater. I used a King Salmon when it's not in season! Oh well, not as sinful as resetting when it comes to the world of Animal Crossing. Actually, it is pretty weird how Chip won't disqualify the use of a fish from the month before the tournament, as Salmon and King Salmon only spawn in September. This tournament focuses on the SIZE of the fish and not so much its rarity, so you can just hoard a massive King Salmon for when the tournament comes around in October and win instantly because there's no fish that comes even close to being as big as the King Salmon for that month besides the Coelacanth.
