Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy - PART 19 - The Not Quite Finale
No Commentary.
We are back in present day and it's up to Apollo to establish how Vera was poisoned and by whom as well. This is all too easy as we found her to be biting her nails very often so we point to the nail polish as being poisoned and Kristoph to have been the one who did it. Through much testimony and much back and forth we really let Kristoph have it by informing him that the new Jurist System is all thanks to Phoenix Wright himself as he loses it on the stand. It's then our choice of Guilty or Not Guilty and as we choose Not Guilty we reach the end of the game where Vera reawakens and Kristoph is found guilty for all of it. Thus ends the first game in this new trilogy. Whatever may be said or heard about this game, Apollo Justice is still my favorite game in the series with the first game, Spirit of Justice, and Trials and Tribulations as close second. And it's because of how they further developed Phoenix's character that made this the game that really stuck out to me as my favorite. Plus bringing Ema back as our lead detective was an amazing move and I always love her inclusion in cases from here on out. With this game we got Phoenix as a great father and as we start the next game, we'll get the return of Phoenix as a defense attorney.
