Use your Dirt bike(also known as Pit bike) to challenge offroad obstacles and race tracks. Race against other 17 riders and win the 1st place.

Controlled with a throttle for acceleration, brake lever to brake, and a handle bar. This game is supported by Yamaha for mechanism of motorbike. As you know, Yamaha is a corporation makes LOTS OF THINGS such as piano, electric drum, guitar, synthesizer, VOCALOID, motorbike, and others.

- Trivia -
Like other motorbike games such as Manx TT Superbike or Hang-on, this game also need to bank or lean motorbike-shaped controller left or right to turn left or right. Unlike other games, this game supports a handle bar for steering more better.

This game runs on Namco SYSTEM 23 Hardware. SYSTEM 23 Hardware is one of arcade systems that emulator MAME DOESN'T EMULATE or SUPPORT WELL. At MAME 0.246, this game and other SYSTEM 23 games DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. What you need to do is to find real arcade machine for playing those games or get Console versions of those games. Motocross Go!, for example, there are NO CONSOLE VERSIONS, so you need to find the arcade center where has the real machine.

오프로더 오토바이를 타고 험지로 이루어진 코스를 돌파하는 오토바이 경주 게임. 본 게임의 제작을 위해 일본의 유명 기업인 야마하와 제휴하여 게임을 개발하였다. 여기서의 야마하는 전자 드럼이나 기타, 보컬로이드로 유명한 그 야마하가 맞다. 오토바이 제작도 겸하기 때문에 이것이 가능한 것.
플레이어는 두 부분으로 나누어진 코스 중 전반만 돌거나, 후반부만 돌거나, 혹은 코스 전체 2왕복을 하는 세 가지 방식 가운데 하나를 정해 플레이한다. 매끄럽게 포장된 코스도 있으나, 대체로는 오프로드로 이루어져 있고, 도약을 위한 장애물들도 갖추어져 있다. 도약 시 높게 떠오르면 3인칭 시점일 때 주인공 캐릭터가 간단한 묘기를 부리는 모습도 볼 수 있다.

- 이야깃거리 -
이 시기에 출시된 대부분의 레이싱 게임이 그러하듯, 본 작품 또한 SD와 DX 두 가지를 지원한다. DX의 경우에는 프로젝션 모니터를 사용한다. 그리고 이 시기의 레이싱 게임들 대다수가 그러듯이 난이도는 제법 높은 편이다. 이는 물론 회전율을 높이기 위한 것.

- 여담 -
에뮬레이터 MAME에서는 0.246 버전 기준 남코 SYSTEM 23 기판의 에뮬레이션이 제대로 되어 있지 않습니다. 그래픽이 깨지거나 프로텍트 에뮬레이션이 제대로 되어 있지 않아 게임이 중간에 멈추기도 합니다. 때문에 SYSTEM 23 기판으로 출시된 게임들을 원활히 플레이하기 위해서는 실제 기판을 구하거나, 가정용으로 이식된 버전을 플레이하는 것 외에는 다른 방법이 없습니다.
모터크로스 고!의 경우에는 가정용으로 이식된 적이 없기 때문에, 사실상 실제 기판을 소유하고 있거나 소유하고 있는 오락실로 가지 않으면 플레이를 할 수 없습니다.

본 영상에서 볼 수 있는 기기는 시점 전환 버튼이 파손되어 있는 것 외에, 플레이를 하는데 큰 지장은 없습니다.
