This way you can understand the awesomeness that is the Eberron Campaign Setting created by Keith Baker for Wizards of the Coast during 3.5 D&D. It was part of a campaign setting contest put out by WOTC that game designers as well as every day Joe average gamers could try their hand at RPG design. Eberron won and was widely played in 3rd edition dungeons and dragons later converted to 4e D&D. For 5th edition DUngeons and Dragons we've only gotten a few Unearthed Arcana articles on Dragon Marks, Artificer character class, and the Eberron races- changling, shifter, and warforged.
