Oooweee, don't we just love Skyrim. And it's so packed with cocktail ideas, how could we not keep revisiting it?

Venture to Whiterun and you'll find a certain homeless beggar called Brenuin, who needs you to steal 'the good stuff' for him - Argonian Ale, found in the Bannered Mare just next door. It's not the most thrilling quest in the game, but it's probably the most important. How else will this poor vagabond get his tasty fix without the help of a certain Dragonborn?

But...what makes an ale 'Argonian'? Well, Jack has had a few ideas, resulting in this sweet, foamy stout (yes yes we used a stout not an ale, don't sue us), with hints of banana, brandy and brown sugar.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Brandy
2 oz Banana Liqueur
0.5 oz Rich Brown Simple Syrup
1 Egg
1 bottle Stout

To make the rich brown simple syrup, combine equal parts brown sugar and water in a pot and simmer until fused. Then, let cool before using in your cocktail!
