With other, bigger titles on people's radar at the time it came out, Control slipped a little under people's watch. But yet, it's a truly fantastic game, holding an 85 on MetaCritic, a Very Positive on Steam, and a "this game is good" from Jack himself.
It's like Alan Wake meets SCP Foundation. It's filled with familiar things that are corrupted by interdimensional, extraordinary creatures, which gives us a lot to play with when it comes to making a cocktail. While there are many directions we could have taken this drink, Jack settled on seizing inspiration from one of the most mysterious, and iconic, beings in the game - the Board.
What is the Board? What is it made of? All of these questions and more are simply not answered by our drink 😅 In fact, you'll have more than when you started. Why is it that colour? What are the ingredients? Why does it taste like that? This is a wonderful Manhattan-inspired drink with a few twists of its own to keep your tongue guessing. We guarantee you won't have had many cocktails like this before.

2 oz Barrel-Aged Gin
0.75 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
2 dash Orange Bitters
Smidge Activated Charcoal
