In the Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, we have a lot of material to work with. Being based in Toussaint, the heart of wine, a lot of the quests are based around viticulture.

For Experience Bar this week, Jack decided he wanted to know what Geralt's wine would be like - after all, he is gifted his very own vineyard, Corvo Bianco.

Enter the Corvo Bianco Reserve. This Sangria-like red wine drink is packed with big fruity notes, underpinned by a little brandy warmth underneath which gives it a bit of oomph. We've chosen each of our ingredients today because Geralt's wine supposedly has these sorts of flavours. The only one from the game we chose not to add is the blackberry note hinted at in-game, as our Carménère wine has these notes already.

Honestly, this is a stunner of a cocktail. It's not too strong on alcohol but big on flavour, making it an epic sipper for a warm evening out watching the vineyard.

INGREDIENTS

0.5 oz Brandy
0.5 oz Black Doris Plum Syrup
0.5 oz Cherry Liqueur
3 oz Carménère
